My name is Suzanne, known to all as Sue.
I am a qualified independent Breathworks mindfulness teacher based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
I run the well-known mindfulness for stress Breathworks course, as well as bespoke and shorter mindfulness courses or regular drop-in sessions, all tailored to suit local charities’ or organisations’ needs.
All these are an invitation to practice mindfulness and compassion.
Developing mindfulness and self-compassion skills can help us all to cope better with difficulties and challenges, whether physical or emotional, and in so doing to boost our well-being and ultimately our happiness.
